Our Daegu Metropolitan Government officials will provide citizens with fast, accurate, fair and friendly service with high quality.
We promise to be a loved civil servant and observe the following in order to practice customer satisfaction administration.

  • 1. We will treat our citizens with courtesy and courteous attitude and we will place our highest priority on customer value.
  • 2. We will endeavor to incorporate citizen's opinions to implement an open government, reflect on municipal administration and provide high-quality service.
  • 3. We will endeavor to minimize the inconvenience of citizens, and immediately correct the disadvantages and inconveniences of citizens due to errors, as well as appropriate compensation.
  • 4. We will evaluate the results of the implementation of the promises made each year, disclose the results, and reflect them in the improvement of administrative services.

We promise to set up specific "administrative service performance standards" in order to accomplish such goals.
