Donga Sea-ear Restaurant
The Donga Sea-ear Restaurant is known as the “Sea-ear Restaurant in Yangnyeong-gil” by almost everyone. The restaurant is configured with aquarium full of fresh sea-ear, emitting the smell of ocean when entering the entrance. The owner learned the Gu Ryongho cooking skill from the famous granny with 40-year traditional sea-ear congee culinary skill in 1997, and started his business of Donga Sea-ear Restaurant here, where the business has been run for 12 years. The owner keeps using live sea-ear because he will never betray the cooking principle that the live sea-ear deserves 100 values while the dead one only 10. Maybe that’s the reason why the orders of delivery service keep going on and on in this restaurant.
The restaurant with the history of 47 years is good at Japanese fishball and fried pork chop. There are 20 kinds of menus available, like the oily bean curd with vegetables, imperial prawn, squid cuisine and mashed meat with Chinese cabbage. Except for them, the fishball with natural condiments is also popular. The foodies from all over Korea are fond of its Japanese fried pork chop.
Gacheula Restaurant (Deuran-gil Food Street Subbranch)
The owner makes different Japanese menus with the traditional Japanese flavor to meet the Korean flavor. In order to maintain the original Japanese flavor, the owner imports the rice sauce, Udong and noodles from Japan everyday. The fried food like fried pork chop is cooked with the fresh meat and flour in accordance with the store principle, and the best sale in this restaurant is absolutely the chewy noodles.
Gidan means the foundation platform of the construction. The owner endeavors to provide better Sushi and sashimi than those in Japan to the guests. Sulak Sansiro Restaurant
First initiated 12 years ago, it is a famous Japanese traditional cuisine restaurant welcomed by the youth. It was originated in Tokyo Japan named as “Suliggu” with the history of 40 years and started the business in Daegu 12 years ago with the name of Sulak Sansiro. Following the same tradition as Japanese, the cook presents the cuisine with all the materials imported from Japan, among which noodles, pot-roasting and Udong are the representative delicacies.
